This classifieds site offers Free as well as paid for classifieds ads for the following Florida areas and ONLY FOR FLORIDA areas outlined below!
You may click on your preferred city name below to go directly to that cities current Classifieds ads listings. This site is actually a Mini Targeted Craigs List type Classifieds service!

Creating ads in our system when you clearly do NOT reside within an area indicated above means we WILL CHARGE YOU for your ads or, Remove your Ad entirely, BAN you from our site.

By placing your classified ads within our site you agree to abide by all the terms and conditions as outlined just below:

Ad placers MUST reside within the city areas as listed above and or new ones we may add at a later date
Ad placers MUST be at least 18 years of age
Ad placers agree NOT to post content which is inflamatory in nature such as Prejudical in nature, Sexists in nature, Bigoted in nature, SLAMS against another person or business,
Ad placers agree NOT to post XXX rated images or photos, photos or sites with photos which display G String or less clad men or women, or such images which are horrifying in nature
Ad placers agree NOT to post links to sites which contain nasty intrusive Coding, Automated Pop Ups upon entering the site, or links to Illegal materials and or content
Ad placers are required to enter NO MORE than 30 charactors in the Title of their ads! Spaces and punctuation COUNT as a single charactor!!
Ad placers May add an event to our Event Calendar in the City where the event is to be held. Ad placers are NOT allowed to create the same event in multiple Cities. ONLY Events open to the public and of general interest to the residents of the CITY the ad is posted within are allowed in the event calendar! IF you are about to post an event in our Calendar of Events, Look at the Date for the City you are in to
SEE IF THE EVENT IS ALREADY LISTED PLEASE!
Ad placers are NOT allowed to include ads such as Make money Stuffing Envelopes from Home, Make Money placing Ads on the Internet (unless it is for placing ads at the companies own websites), Make Money Surfing the Web, or other such nonsense money making Schemes! IF you have signed up to one of these types of Schemes or other Scheme, and have found it fraudulent, feel free to contact US here and we will put it on our BAN LIST of those sites and offers NOT to become involved with!
Ad placers are NOT ALLOWED to SPAM our classifieds system period! You are allowed 5 ads for FREE, and allowed to add Community oriented type events of interest in our Calendar.... Important events are NOT your latest business meeting, nor notices of Garage sales! (there is a place for garage sales in the classifieds).
DO NOT TYPE YOUR ADS TITLE OR DESCRIPTION IN ALL CAPS! As you can see from the preseding, this is NASTY looking and considered Bad manners across the Internet. Doing so WILL get your ad deleted simple as that.
Ad placers who insist on SPAMMING OUR SYSTEM, Will likely be charged an admin fee to have their ads removed!!!
We DO offer an HONEST WAY for you to make money placing ads (here as well as our various Online News Portal sites which is HONEST and allows YOU to serve your local area community at the same time. You will need to CALL US for more information about this offer (no startup costs what so ever) and you would be doing a service FOR YOUR community while making some decent money at the same time :)
Ad placers who have questions about what is allowed/not allowed can contact me prior to adding your ad to our system, but overall it is just plain common sense here folks :)

Our site does NOT require you to pre-register in order for you to include your classifieds in our system. We WILL however have your IP address once you enter our site (which is true of all such services). When you create a New Ad in our system you WILL receive an email you must click on to finalize your ad (so that it will show up). SAVE This email as it contains another link which allows you to Edit your new add anytime you need to do so. If you LOOSE this email, you will be unable to Edit that ad in the system.

You are allowed to include up to but no more than 5 ads running consequetively at any one time.

When adding your new ad be sure to select an appropriate CATEGORY for you add (or it may be removed) as well as the proper CITY. Some Cities include areas you should also select such as Jacksonville has many areas within Jacksonville such as Jacks Beach, Neptune Beach, Orange Park, etc.....

HOW TO POST YOUR CLASSIFIEDS

Select the CITY you reside within
Select a Sub Category under the most appropriate classified ad category for your listing
Click the Post Ad link you see near the top left side of the main page

Upon doing the above you will be presented with a short form to complete your new classified ad listing. Fill in the blanks as appropriate and use an accurate working Email Address as you will have to verify your new ad by clicking on the Link you will recieve in your email before your new ad will display at the site.

Some Ad categories will allow FREE ads to display for 14 days, others (The Majority) for 30 days, and some for 365 days before they will be removed by the system automatically. Some Classifieds Sub Categories will also allow for extended fields you may complete (which are searchable) such as Lawn Tractors includes additional fields such as Horsepower, Model, Make, Condition, etc ....

You SHOULD complete your Classified by filling in any and all extra fields as needed and as they apply.

IMAGES - Photos for your classified ad are allowed! All images or photos you upload for your ads ARE automatically re-sized on down (or up) to a maximum size of 320 pixels in size either dimension! Photos which include lots of TEXT within the image itself may NOT display as intended due to the resizing of the image on down in size. This is important for you to know as you can create your business images/logos/banners/etc to accomodate this size range so that they display as intended...

In the Real Estate category feel free to add your listing, however; you may do better by also adding your listing to our Florida realty network as it allows for a much fuller representation, more photos, virtual tours, and other features since it is an actual MLS style listing service. DATING ROMANCE CATEGORY SECTION: Top of Page
You MUST be at least 18 years of age to include an add in this section. Any Photo you include about yourself MUST meet our acceptable user policy for such which is simply - NOT TOO MUCH SKIN! G strings are NOT acceptable, nor nude photos! A modest Bathing suite is fine :) Also note that ANY TIME you meet with someone interested in dating you or meeting up with you either online or off line, you should take precautions...

Meet the person in a public place of YOUR choice with lots of other people around
Good idea to take a friend along at least for your initial meeting with someone new
ASK THEM for their ID so that you can be relatively sure they are who they say they are
Maybe take down their License Plate number from the car they are driving and hand it to a friend
Get their phone number and CALL THEM at that number to ensure they live where they say they do

Be aware of your surroundings at all times (goes for everyone today). If the person you are meeting up with is RUDE or you simply do not wish to meet with them any more then tell them so and do so politely. If they become insistent, there are laws to protect you and IF you have taken the time to make sure you have their License Plate Number, Correct Address and Phone number, it will make your life easier should the need arise to give this information out to the Police!

BUYING AND SELLING FROM AN ONLINE ADD: Top of Page
Because our classifieds is a highly targeted demographically, it makes it easier for buyers and sellers to simply MEET UP IN PERSON and complete their transactions face to face :) This of course is always the preferred means to conduct any business where money changes hands!

Sometimes this may not be feasible however as someone in New York or California may well be interested in what you are selling. Selling products across State Lines which are not accurately represented by the seller IS a Serious Crime! The FBI deals with interstate Commerce issues of FRAUD and you certainly do not wish to have the FBI knocking down your door at 3:00 AM one morning!

Also for the Sellers protection and to ensure you GET PAID, you should know that bank checks, money orders, certified checks are so easy to forge today any kid on your block can do it!

The BEST WAY to ensure you get paid for items you are selling online is to use PayPal, or insist the buyer send you a Postal Money Order (any post office can issue these). Postal money orders are PAID in advance by the buyer and it goes right into the US postal systems computer database. When you present a Postal Money order to your local post office for payment on the order, it is IMMEDIATELY CHECKED to ensure it is REAL and that the money on the order is already in the system. Postal money order fraud IS a Federal offense and I assure you THEY WILL LOOK INTO IT.

PayPal is also a good way to receive money over the Internet and it is safe and secure (I use it regularly). You can setup your FREE PayPal account quickly and once verified by paypal (takes about 5 days) you can begin allowing others to use their Credit card, or Bank account to PAY U for items you sell over the Internet.

Here is a recommended procedure to follow when selling items online

First, get a shipping rate schedule from the post office or UPS and keep it on hand so that you know how much to charge for shipping
Know that As a Florida Merchant selling on line, you MUST charge a Tax on items being shipped to a Florida location. Get your current Tax rate from the county/city you reside in.
When dealing with a potential Buyer for your items, insist on them using PayPal or a Postal Money order to pay for the items they are buying! Very Important Step!!!
Make up some type of Printed Invoice with your Name, Phone number, Website address if any and a short Thank You message and include it with your item at time of shipping

For high dollar items, Fragile items and glassware, Antiques, or Jewelry, you may wish to ship Insured for your peace of mind - Does not cost that much more to do so !

REPORTING ABUSE: Top of Page
When viewing an add in our system, you will see a link along the top Report Abuse . When you click on that link, it will send us an Abuse Report which we will look into. Additionally you may send us an Abuse Report via our Contact us form in an email which allows you to more detail to us JUST what it is you find offensive, inaccurate, or WRONG with the ad. When sending us such an email you should Go to the Add you have a problem with, Copy the URL in your browser of the exact URL leading to that add and send us this in an email.

It will serve you better to detail an abuse report via an Email to us as you can include more detail for us to review :)
PS: Just arbitrarily clicking on the Abuse Report link WILL get you banned from our site just so you know!

Legitimate ABUSE REPORTS may include such as:

Add placer is Clearly NOT a Florida resident
Add placed is abusive, nasty photos, prejudicial in nature, Bigoted in nature
Ad placed is CLEARLY AGAINST our policies for use per this pages details of acceptable and NON acceptable type content and ad placment types
You have done Business with the ad placer and found them to NOT be honest about their products or they Took your money without sending you the items
